What prompted you to start an embroidery business?

"In 2021, I was working in the custom apparel industry offering heat transfer vinyl and applying on hoodies, t-shirts, and jackets. Almost everyone in my area started offering that service so it was very hard to compete and make profits. So I decided to do research and see what other types of services I could offer my customers."

What factors influenced your decision to select Melco as your business partner?

"I saw a lot of YouTube videos and Melco was one of the videos I kept watching. I like how Melco offers a single-head embroidery machine that can add on heads as you grow. I knew this was going to be for me because I did not want to invest thousands of dollars on a 6-head when first starting out. Investing in one head was much better for my business. Plus, my account rep was SO helpful. I love working with Shanda and Melco."

Describe how you have grown your business with Melco and what are your goals this year?

"I purchased my first EMT16X in 2021 and got the training with it because I didn't have any background experience with embroidery. Fast forward a few months later and I got my second machine. Then again a few months later I purchased my third machine to meet the high demand for orders. The goal is to get two more EMT16Xs this year."
